If you're going through a particularly difficult time, you deserve support, and you don't have to navigate it alone.
While my practice offers ongoing therapeutic support, I'm not able to provide immediate crisis intervention or emergency services.
If you need support right now, the following resources are available:
Immediate danger or medical emergency: Call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.
Suicide Crisis Helpline: Call or text 9-8-8, available 24/7 across Canada.
BC Mental Health Support Line: Call 310-6789 (no area code required) for emotional support and mental health resources.
BC Crisis Line: Call 1-800-784-2433 (1-800-SUICIDE) for crisis support.
